Hariwald was born out of my lifelong passion for creativity and design, a journey that began at 13 when I first discovered the world of artistic painting and crafts. My admiration for both classic and modernist art has continued to evolve, fueled by a deep connection to history, architecture, and philosophy. Ancient civilizations, religions, and the timeless beauty of nature inspire me, as does my one-acre garden, which reflects the harmony I seek to create in my designs. Alongside my love for fabrics and artisanal textiles, I have a deep appreciation for parfumerie, which stems from my background in cooking and the aromas that can transform an experience. I believe scents from nature can elevate a space and the way we experience it. My creative journey has also included pottery and clay sculpting, allowing me to work with my hands in a tactile, artistic way.

With a background in designing residential and commercial spaces for restaurants and hospitality, my style combines maximalist and classical elements presented in modern, elegant ways, often with a touch of playful quirkiness. As a member of the American Society of Interior Designers and a former TV chef, I’ve always been captivated by cultural richness and the art of making people feel special.

Each piece in the Hariwald collection is crafted with intention, drawing from art movements, antiquity, and nature. I work directly with artisans and collaborate with trusted vendors to ensure the highest quality, blending tradition with modern sophistication. This allows me to offer unique, luxurious products that reflect the best of both worlds—artisanal craftsmanship and expertly sourced materials.
